This full-length Teen Edition of Anaïs Mitchell’s haunting, jazz-inflected folk opera follows Orpheus’ mythical quest to overcome Hades and regain the favor of his one true love, Eurydice.

Auditions, callbacks, and the first week of camp will be held at our studio. The remaining two weeks of camp and the performances will be held at The Eagle Theatre in Downtown Sugar Hill.

Age eligibility: 13 to 19 years

Camp tuition: $775

Auditions: May 8th & 9th

Callbacks: May 12th

Camp dates: June 2nd - 22nd from 9:00 - 4:00

Performance dates: Saturday June 21st @ 2:30 pm & 7:00 pm and Sunday June 22nd @ 2:30 pm

Please note: due to the challenging music and emotional gravity of this show, we have made the decision for Hadestown: Teen Edition to be audition only. That means that while anyone can audition, only a certain number of students will be cast. By auditioning, you are agreeing to pay the $775 tuition if cast.
